For over two decades, HomePlate Youth Services has been a beacon of hope for youth. We are the only provider of comprehensive street outreach and drop-in services for 12-24 experiencing housing instability in Washington County. From our humble beginnings as a group of dedicated volunteers, HomePlate has evolved into a dynamic team of 24 professionals meeting youth where they are. We take great pride in our work, providing stabilizing services and life saving resources for thousands of youth in our community.

We’re proud to celebrate 21 years of impact and to look ahead as champions for a more supportive future for youth.
